Well when I arrived I was very impressed. They added paint, moved a few doors and a closet, crown molding, appliances, tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms, and yes new bathroom vanities in both bathrooms. I was once again impressed with how the vanities just stood out and really added to the value of the bathroom! They were pretty simple, but elegant, single bathroom vanities with stained wood doors that matched their flooring throughout the house.

It just goes to show how much of an improvement one can make with just a few simple changes. I am sure that the increased value of the house will more than pay for the upgrades. And I especially feel that vanites do pay for themselves. Not only in the fact that you get to enjoy and use them, as well as your guests, but in that they will add to the value of your home if you sell it or refinance.
